Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish with olive oil.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, steamed broccoli florets, cream of mushroom soup, and milk. Mix thoroughly.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper. Stir again.
Fold in both the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, saving a small handful for topping later.
Transfer the mixture into the greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
If desired, sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the top of the casserole.
Top with the reserved cheese mix.
Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve directly from the baking dish for a cozy presentation. Garnish with parsley for freshness.
