In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, the lightly beaten egg, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sriracha, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Shape the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.

While the meatballs are baking, prepare the sauce by combining honey, apple cider vinegar, and sesame oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir until well combined.
Once the meatballs are cooked, transfer them to the saucepan with the honey garlic sauce and toss to coat.
